We have been trading since 2015, with our Eastern Regional Office based in Spalding opened in 2018.
We service the following markerts - Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field / food production. We have a GLAA licence, REC, ALP and FTA members and we support the Armed Forces Covenant .
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to develop new and existing business in our Spalding Office.
Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry, preferably in Industrial / food or logistics markets. The ideal candidate would be an existing Business Development Manager or successful Recruitment Consultant / Branch Manager with a hunger for sales.
Making telephone calls and meeting new and existing clients, setting charge rates and ensuring the client experience with The Staffing Network is seamless. Dedicated to growing our client footprint in the Eastern area - our service team can handle growth!
A secondary part of the role would be assisting in the Mentorship of our current team and day to day management of their tasks.
