As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to:
* Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute go-to-market strategies and client success initiatives.
* Deliver engaging and tailored presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas.
* Lead and manage key client accounts, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
* Design and maintain strategic account plans to support client growth.
* Conduct onboarding sessions and product demonstrations to ensure successful customer adoption.
* Resolve client issues and inquiries efficiently, promoting positive client experiences.
* Track and analyse customer data to enhance engagement and reduce churn.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the MSP or IT services sector.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Confident in preparing and delivering proposals and client presentations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level of computer literacy; familiarity with CRM and customer success tools is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
