Are you a driven and experienced Business Development professional with a background in electrical or building services? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our established and growing team near Dartford.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, youll play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Youll build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants while supporting the growth of our electrical building services portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Preparing bids, proposals, and tender submissions

Collaborating with project and estimating teams to deliver tailored solutions

Attending networking events, site visits, and client meetings

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development within the M&E or building services industry (electrical background preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong understanding of the tendering process and UK construction market
