Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: UK-wide (remote with travel required)
Pay: Up to £65,000 per annum + commission (OTE £100k+)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing, reputable provider of specialist B2B services in the debt recovery space.
About the Company:
This well-established business offers a full suite of B2B and B2C credit management services, including white-label outsourcing, field collections, litigation, and tracing. With over 30% year-on-year growth and a prestigious client base (typically companies with £30M+ turnover), the company is in a strong position for expansion.
The Role:
This is a high-responsibility, client-facing role focused on new business development. You will work independently to generate revenue, supported by a CRM and marketing resources. Travel throughout the UK is expected.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Sourcing and cold calling your own leads
  • Building strategic relationships with accountants, insolvency practitioners, and similar professionals
  • Conducting in-person consultations with prospective clients
  • Writing tailored service proposals and pricing plans
  • Leading client onboarding and setup
  • Hosting performance review meetings
  • Meeting revenue and activity targets
  • Participating in monthly sales reviews
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years in a sales-focused role with demonstrable revenue impact
  • Proven ability to generate and close B2B deals
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Confidence in managing the full sales cycle independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively (clean driving licence essential)
