Prestige Recruitment specialists are excited to be working with a well-established local client in their search for a business development executive to join and develop within their existing sales team. This position could be made Part time initially for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, modern thinking and full of innovative ideas to develop growth within the business, you must have an exuberant personality and want to work with people. This is a unique opportunity to develop within an already established company which was the first of its kind and are current leaders in this market so already have a strong database which can only grow through hard work and dedication through strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential clients and opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Business Development Planning: Contributing to the development of business plans and strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Working with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition: Identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into new clients.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Effectively communicating with clients and negotiating contract terms.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to inform business development efforts.
  • Market Research: Staying up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams within the organization to achieve business development goals.
