This role is integral to the day-to-day functioning of the business, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities as a Business Coordinator / Operations Coordinator
Daily Operations - Assist and support the Leadership Team in various projects.
Collect, organize, and distribute project-related information.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Prepare quotes, estimates, and Risk & Method Statements (RAMS).
Manage customer email correspondence professionally.
Process customer purchase orders and job completion through to invoicing.
Compliance, Policies, and Procedures - Implement and maintain company compliance standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO and BS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS EN 1090, etc.).
Oversee compliance certifications including Safe Contractor and JOSCAR.
Support quality assurance initiatives and document management.
