CV Screen is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst who is experienced in digital transformation projects ideally focused on LMS or CMS migration. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role starting in January 2024.

The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis for an organisation within the Education sector, leading the analysis of business processes to support delivery of the digital transformation roadmap and helping to establish change. The role is key in providing comprehensive analysis of technical and non-technical business processes, definition of business requirements, and an understanding of the pros and cons of the implementation approach enabling the leadership team to make strategic decisions.  

This role works closely with senior stakeholders and SMEs across the organisation acting as an authority on business processes and improvement as well as championing best practice. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Designing, documenting, and implementing business processes that meet the Digital Transformation objectives.
• Develop detailed process maps for current and future state processes identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Identify improvements to existing processes, design, and document approach to implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes etc.
• Assist with the development of workflows and swimlane diagrams using standard process visualisation tools.
• Lead validation workshops with stakeholders to assess business needs and requirements gathering.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business expectations.
• Design test cases referring to requirement gathering documents, uses cases, user stories, design decision documents, functional design documents, etc.
• Provide timely updates to the Digital Transformation Project Manager to feed into project documentation and delivery roadmap.
• To act as an expert on effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.

LOCATION

Central London (1 day per week in office / 4 WFH).
