Job Description Business Analyst (Billing/Payments)
Hybrid (1 day pw/fortnight onsite)

£55,000 to £65,000
We are currently looking for two experienced Business Analyst's for an industry leading and ambitious financial services company based in Surrey. This role will have responsibility for both analysis and design on relevant Billing projects, whilst ensuring traceability of outcome through development, testing, training and business readiness elements of the project lifecycle.
The role:
Develop deep understanding of Billing processes and associated business and customer experiences
Use data-driven decision-making to analyse customer outcomes, broader MI, and complex business problems. Identify pain points and opportunities, prepare options, collaborate on solutions, and oversee them to resolution.
Impact assessment of production incidents, analysis and coordination of solutions and remediation
Support detailed design, documentation and build of the Billing processes and customer experience
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and create features and user stories, ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer needs
