What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will need:
A degree in Building Surveying or a related subject
1-3 years' experience in a similar building surveying role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in IT packages, including AutoCAD
Willingness to travel for site work - a full UK driving licence is desirable
Your Role Will Include

Supporting project delivery across areas such as CDM, project management, contract administration, and drawing development
Assisting with professional services, including condition surveys, dilapidations, and party wall matters
