The role:
As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide variety of professional and project services.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct condition surveys, building inspections, and prepare detailed reports
Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate settlements
Undertake technical due diligence and acquisition surveys
Provide expert advice on building regulations, health and safety, and sustainability issues
Manage client relationships and ensure service excellenceRequirements the Building Surveyor should have:
MRICS Chartered
2-5 years' post-qualification experience preferred
Strong background in commercial property (offices, retail, industrial)
Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of building pathology
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment is idealBenefits:
