Building Surveyor - Commercial

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a fast-paced and well-established team. This role offers exposure to a variety of high-profile projects, including workspace fit-outs and refurbishments, with values ranging from £50k to £20m. The successful candidate will also conduct general commercial building surveys and negotiate schedules of dilapidations. This role provides full support for career progression and development.
