Key Responsibilities of the Building Services Engineer:

Undertake reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of building services equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
Actively participate in an on-call rota to address any out-of-hours issues that may arise.
Collaborate with building users and third-party service providers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve any technical challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's building services operations.

What We're Looking for in a Building Services Engineer:

Completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in the maintenance and operation of building services systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire alarms.
