Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for Building Services Engineer in London. This is focusing on a high end commercial contract so we are looking for someone happy to be client facing.
About the role of the Building Services Engineer:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance this is both within the mechanical and electrical space
Reactive breakdowns
Alarms/Lights
Replacing and fault finding
Ballasts/Sockets/Water heaters Experience need for the role of the Building Services Engineer:
Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical or Electrical What we offer the Building Services Engineer:
Up to £44K dependent on experience
Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
Bonus up to 2% two times a year
Pension
Personal usage on the van
25 day AL + Bank Holidays
