* Design of commercial, industrial, leisure, residential, retail buildings using mixed-use schemes.
* Produce drawings, reports, and specs for building services works.
* Manage external teams and clients around technical issues and projects.
* Encouraging the use of sustainable design internally in the business, and externally to clients.
Mechanical Design Engineer - What will you need:
* Building services engineering background
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Building services design experience would be desirable.
* A passion for sustainability.
