Warter Priory Estate is looking for an experienced Builder / Groundworker to join our in-house building and maintenance team.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about quality. A builder who has experience of the building trade who can help to deliver on a range of varied redevelopment and refurbishment projects across the estate, reporting to the estate clerk of works. An efficient communicator who can work well in a team as well as taking initiative when working independently.
Essential Skills and Experience Would Include:
- A good overall knowledge of building processes - Experience of groundworks including, drainage and concreting - Experience operating machinery from excavators to telehandlers (additional training can be provided) - Bricklaying and brick repair skills
