About the Role
As the Brand Experience Manager, you will take full ownership of the design, planning, and execution of innovative and immersive brand experiences. Working closely with the events team, marketing, and senior leadership, you will develop experiences that align with the company’s identity, resonate with target audiences, and strengthen brand loyalty.
This is not just an events role — it’s a brand-building position where strategic thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration all play a vital part.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development and hands-on delivery of events, activations, and campaigns that create emotional and memorable connections with the brand.
* Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure consistency of message, tone, and creative execution across all brand touchpoints.
* Develop end-to-end project plans including concepts, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to ensure brand experiences support broader business goals.
* Manage all third-party relationships including agencies, suppliers, venues, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
* Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning — from venue sourcing and AV coordination to catering, staffing, and compliance.
* Monitor and report on budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets while maintaining premium quality.
* Ensure all health & safety, licensing, and insurance requirements are met in line with company and legal standards.
* Lead post-event evaluations, generating detailed reports that include audience feedback, performance metrics, and recommendations for future improvements.
* Continuously research and implement best practices and trends in experiential marketing and customer engagement.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a confident, capable, and strategically minded professional with the following:
* Proven experience in brand experience, event management, or experiential marketing
* Strong project management capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail
* A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and building brand affinity
* Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills
* Resilience, adaptability, and composure under pressure
* Financial acumen with a strong understanding of budget management and ROI analysis

This is an office-based position located in Peterborough. Candidates must be able to commute daily to the company’s headquarters
