Job Title: Registered Branch Manager
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with flexibility and on-call requirements)

What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager:
- Hold and maintain CQC registration for the branch.
- Develop and deliver safe, effective home care services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the community.
- Lead business planning, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with regulations.
- Inspire, support, and manage the care and office teams to uphold the highest standards.
- Build strong local partnerships while promoting the branch’s reputation within the area.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within health or social care.
- A collaborative leader who balances empathy with performance and accountability.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive growth.
- Deep knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices.
- A commitment to inclusion, dignity, and safe, high-quality care.
- Competitive salary of £45,000.
