About the Role:
The Booking Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling and managing staff placements across multiple healthcare clients. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that involves close communication with care facilities, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident with multi-tasking, and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all booking and shift availability queries
Coordinate and schedule Nurses and Healthcare Assistants into shifts across a variety of client sites
Manage last-minute requests and staffing changes efficiently
Use CRM systems and online portals to confirm and update shift bookings
Send confirmations and shift information via SMS and email
