BMS Engineer

Role – BMS Engineer
Location – London 
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000
 
I am working alongside an experienced facilities management (FM) client of ours who are currently looking to hire a BMS Engineer to work in a mobile position.
 
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background working within a commercial environment carrying out BMS fault finding, repairs and maintenance on systems such as Trend, Schneider and Tridium.
 
Key responsibilities:

Optimizing building performance checks.
Fault finding/diagnostics and carry out necessary repairs.
Troubleshooting system issues.
Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Qualification/Background Needed:

Experience within building services / facilities management (FM)
Qualifications in engineering / building management
Full UK driving licence
Experience with Trend, Tridium or Schneider
Highly articulate and presentable with good customer facing skills
IT literate and good record/data keeping skills
Proactive attitude and a strong desire to take ownership of the site
