Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Lincoln who are looking for Blending / Mixing Room Operative to join their busy team.
About The Role:
As a Mixing Room Operative, you will be a key part of the production team, mixing 4 to 4 different components to various specifications. Experience of weighing and mixing within the food industry would be a distinct advantage. Attention to detail is a must.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0800- 1600 or 0900 am to 1700.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE per year plus overtime
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accurately measure, mix, and prepare chemical products following detailed formulations.
Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all mixtures.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the mixing area to ensure a safe working environment.
About you:
Experience within the Food production industry / manufacturing, or mixing role is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
