Billing Manager Location: Luton Salary: Up to £45,000 Team Size: 10 (including 2 Team Leaders) Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday Hybrid Working: 1 WFH day per week after 6-month probation

As Billing Operations Lead , you'll take charge of a vital operational function within a nationally respected organisation, leading a skilled team, championing billing accuracy, and shaping best practices across the board.
What You'll Be Doing: Leading and motivating a team of 10, including two Team Leaders, within the Contract Administration and Billing function
Managing the full billing lifecycle-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal standards
Responding to revenue-related queries, especially during month-end close
Collaborating with the Head Office Finance team on both day-to-day and strategic needs
Delivering training to team members and stakeholders on billing and contract admin processes
Monitoring and reporting on billing performance, including invoice accuracy, credit note usage, and turnaround times
Driving continuous improvements in billing procedures and internal workflows
