Description
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the bid writing process.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of standard responses to common questions.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to source information for bids.
- Write, review, and edit bid responses to ensure they are fully compliant and meet the client's requirements.
- Provide input into bid strategy and attend bid strategy meetings.
- Prepare and present bid debriefs to the wider business.
- Continuously improve the bid process and documentation.
- Monitor bid outcomes and feedback to improve future bid success.
Profile
A successful Bid Writer/Manager should have:
- 3+ years proven experience in bid writing and management.
- Experience within the Welfare for Work industry, or a background in Public Sector organisations would be preferable.
- Team leadership and management experience is preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing bid strategies.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- A starting salary of �35,000 - �40,000. OTE �40K - �50K
