Your Role
As our Bid Writer, you’ll work closely with the pre-construction and business development teams to develop persuasive PQQs, ITTs, and framework responses. You’ll lead the creation of high-quality written content that reflects our brand, values, and track record.

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and manage bid content from initial response to final submission

*

Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and directors to gather technical input

*

Analyse tender documents and client requirements to ensure responses are fully compliant and tailored

*

Maintain and update a content library to streamline future bids

*

Support post-submission clarifications and feedback reviews

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a bid writing or proposal role, ideally in construction or a related industry

*

Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills

*

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

*

Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation

*

A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent organisational skills
