Abatec are recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join a Civil Engineering contractor on a permanent basis. Our client delivers major heavy civil engineering projects with values more than £200 million within heavy civil engineering and rail schemes.
As Bid Coordinator you will:
* Drive success and achievement within the Pre-Construction team
* Evaluate strategies and resources, enhancing the performance of the team.
* Manage tender documentation
* Complete PQQ’s
* Track bid/tender releases
* Regularly liaise with the senior management team.
* Deliver proposals to deadlines
Our client requires a Bid Coordinator with:
* HND/Degree qualified (ideally)
* 2 years’ experience in a bidding or similar environment
* Experience of working within the Civil Engineering sector (preferred)
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills
* Strong administrations skills
Salary/Benefits:
* Up to £40,000 per annum
* Company vehicle, car allowance
* Holiday entitlement, pension scheme, sick pay etc.
