About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our key clients for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support global data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will play a key part in developing self-service BI reporting using MicroStrategy and delivering meaningful insights across financial, commercial, and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities BI Reporting & Visualisation
Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards and reporting suites using MicroStrategy

Enhance and maintain existing BI content for maximum usability and impact

Collaborate with business users to define and refine KPIs aligned with strategic goals

Translate complex data into clear, digestible insights for self-service consumption

Data Analysis & Collaboration
Analyse financial, commercial, and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities
