What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
Provide translation support in French, German, or Italian.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in French, German, or Italian (essential).
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
Previous call centre or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
