Bench Joiner

Workman’s Recruitment is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Bench Joiner to join a team of dedicated craftsmen, producing bespoke, high-end joinery for some of the most prestigious commercial and residential projects in London. From creating components for iconic corporate headquarters to crafting joinery for world-famous establishments, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to work on truly remarkable projects.

Based in a fully equipped on-site workshop, you'll work on prestigious commercial and residential projects for corporate giants, global brands, and iconic London addresses ranging from joinery for Google’s headquarters to bespoke pieces for world-famous restaurants.

Responsibilities:

* Manufacturing, assembling, and preparing joinery components in line with detailed production drawings and client specifications

* Collating completed works and creating precise labels before transferring items to the Spray Shop or JPQC department

* Upholding the high-quality standards outlined in Brown & Carroll’s Integrated Management System

* Providing assistance with manual handling tasks as needed

* Contributing to the development and sustainability of Brown & Carroll's skill base by offering guidance, sharing expertise, and mentoring Apprentices/Trainees

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving License.

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Carpentry, Joinery, or Wood Occupations

* Ability to interpret and work from detailed production drawings

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong communication skills

Package & Benefits:

* Salary: £40,000 per annum

* 21 days holiday + bank holidays

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday

* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
