Workman's Recruitment is proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join a team of true craftsmen, creating bespoke, high-end kitchens and cabinetry by hand. You’ll be joining a well-established business that has been successfully trading for over a decade.
Working from a fully equipped on-site workshop, you’ll be part of a close-knit team dedicated to producing meticulously crafted, custom pieces built to the very highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
* Construct and assemble cabinets and furniture using a range of materials, ensuring exceptional quality and finish.
* Utilise hand and power tools effectively, including saws, drills, and sanders, to shape and complete wood components.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately build custom designs.
* Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all joints are secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
* Maintain a clean, organised workspace and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving License.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Proven experience in bench joinery or cabinet making.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
* A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
Package & Benefits:
* Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum.
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
* Travel expenses paid.

* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* 40 hours per week
