Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 to 17:00, Sat 08:00 – 12:00

Salary: £36,000 + uncapped commission

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bathroom Showroom Manager to lead the operation of our modern bathroom showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, driving sales of bathroom products and suites, and managing a showroom that reflects high standards of design and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily running of the bathroom showroom, ensuring it is clean, well-presented, and welcoming for all customers.

* Provide expert advice and guidance on bathroom products, fittings, and layout solutions to both retail and trade customers.

* Use design tools (where applicable) to create bathroom plans and visual presentations that meet customer needs and expectations.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering excellent service and promoting high-margin or value-added products.

* Manage, train, and motivate to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.

* Build lasting relationships with both retail customers and local tradespeople to encourage repeat business.

* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain attractive, up-to-date displays and ensure product availability.

* Stay current with trends, product ranges, and innovations in bathroom design and functionality.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale support with professionalism and efficiency.

* Ensure the showroom complies with all health and safety and operational policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

* 1+ experience as a Bathroom Showroom Manager

* Strong product knowledge of bathroom suites, furniture, brassware, and accessories.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

* Proven leadership or supervisory experience.

* Good IT skills; familiarity with stock management systems and bathroom design software.

* Commercially aware with a proactive sales mindset.
