Bar Manager

We are working with a stunning Mediterranean restaurant in London to find an experienced Bar Manager to lead their front-of-house bar operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stylish, high-volume venue known for its quality produce, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional service standards.
As Bar Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the full bar operationfrom team leadership and training to stock control, menu development, and service delivery. You'll work closely with senior management to ensure the guest experience at the bar is consistently excellent.
About you:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager
Confident managing a high-volume, quality-led venue
Passionate about Mediterranean food, wine, and cocktails
Strong leadership and people skills
Organised, service-driven, and guest-focused
