The Role
Our client, a leading commercial city law firm is continuing their exponential growth trajectory and is looking to add another member to their renowned Banking and Finance practice.
You will work closely with a top-class team, who are passionate about their work, providing bespoke solutions to their clients.
Their prolific client portfolio includes acting for a wide range of different lenders, non-bank lenders, alternative lenders, entrepreneurs, private family offices, property companies, funds, sponsors, developers, joint venture vehicles, entrepreneurs and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload and assist Senior Associates/Partners with highly complex transactions including:
Transactions including Asset finance, Structured finance, Leveraged finance (10%), Bridging finance.
Transactions involving international components, offshore jurisdictions, and international clients investing in UK property.
Working on a range of deals valued from £1 m to £50 m across various asset types, including residential, office, PRS, student housing, mixed-use devel...
