Back Office Business Analyst

Senior/Lead Business Analyst - Contract or Permanent (Back Office Focused)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in building a new LNG trading ecosystem. This multi-year, greenfield programme is perfect for someone with solid experience in Back Office operations within LNG or Oil trading-including settlements, invoicing, compliance, and reporting.

• Shape and optimise Back Office processes for LNG or Oil trading.

• Work closely with Middle and Front Office to ensure operational alignment.

• Define business needs and turn them into clear, actionable requirements.

• Collaborate with tech teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

• Support system configuration, data flow analysis, and integration with trading platforms.

• Strong Back Office experience in LNG or Oil trading.

• Experience in large-scale transformation projects or greenfield builds.

• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.

• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)
