At our client, they empower businesses worldwide with insightful financial assessments, aiding them in making informed decisions and staying ahead of industry trends.As a Back End Developer at their Newcastle office, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-performance web applications / websites to meet the high standards of their global clientele.Responsibilities:Develop, optimise, and maintain high-quality web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core MVC.Collaborate closely with diverse teams to establish efficient back-end services.Explore and integrate innovative database and application solutions to enhance performance and functionality.Create and manage robust database architecture, ensuring optimal performance.Deliver comprehensive documentation for all systems and projects to ensure robustness and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications.Contribute to the development of customer-facing applications and internal systems, ensuring optimal operation, efficiency, and security.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Back End Developer with either C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Azure DevOps.Experience with Azure SQL is desirable.Proficient in Git for version control.Understanding of object-oriented programming and scalable application design principles.Strong unit test and debugging skills.Key Skills:Proficiency in either C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Azure DevOps.Experience in exploring and integrating new database and application solutions.Exceptional documentation skills.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).Familiarity with continuous integration.Strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
