Conduct pre-event technical assessments to understand client's AV needs and develop customised solutions accordingly.
Generate, administrate and manage all quotes requested for and associated with the Venue.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee AV support & operations for all our confirmed events with at the Venue.
When feasible, operate as a technician for our events at the Venue.
Schedule AV staffing for all events at the Venue, maintaining adequate coverage to meet client demands.
Resolve and coordinate any AV equipment shortages for events at the Venue.
Assist with Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during events promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all our in house equipment is in optimal working condition at all times, liaising with and coordinating with the Acton Warehouse manager if equipment is faulty and needs to be repaired.
Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and a customer-centric approach.
Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for equipment upgrades or additions to enhance the Venue's AV capabilities.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in audio-visual management, preferably in a corporate event Venue or similar setting.
