Job: Service Administrator for Commercial Main Dealership

Salary: £29,000 Basic Salary + Bonus - £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours/week - 1 in 3 Saturdays – 7am to 12 Noon
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Service Administrator to join our customer-focused team at a commercial main dealership. In this vital front-of-house and support role, you will act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the service process—ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and top-tier customer care.
You'll also support Service and Parts Advisors by handling phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and essential admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in-person and via phone

Manage contactless Check-in/Check-out (Tjekvik system)

Update customers on service progress, outstanding work, and recalls
*
Process service requests, authorisations, and future work scheduling
*
Maintain accurate service records and invoice filing
*
Support voicemail management and internal communication
*
Maintain a professional, friendly front-of-house experience
*
Engage in training toward Accredited Service Advisor status
