My client is looking for a skilled CAD Technician to join their close knit team.
About Us:
The company is a dynamic Building Services Design Practice located in near Chelmsford, Essex. They pride themselves on their strong portfolio of reliable clients and diverse range of exciting projects. Their core focus is on designing building services for various sectors, including universities, schools, research laboratories, commercial offices, hospitals, and local authorities.
Key responsibilities:
• Produce and modify 2D MEP Design Drawings using AutoCAD LT.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Maintain Fowler high-quality drawing standards.
• Prioritise workload using existing CAD tracking system (MS Excel).
Requirements:
• Strong experience in AutoCAD LT is essential.
• Previous experience working within a mechanical and electrical design practice is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications would be a plus.
