Senior Accountant – Practice
Location: Oxford or High Wycombe (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with directors and key stakeholders, building strong client relationships and making a real impact. You'll bring a mix of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership to a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate statutory accounts in compliance with relevant regulations
Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisor
Supervise and mentor junior and semi-senior staff, supporting their progression
Produce management accounts and deliver insights to help clients make informed decisions
Offer tax planning and advisory services to both individuals and companies
Collaborate with clients to implement tailored growth strategies
Qualifications & Skills ACA/ACCA qualified (QBE considered), with at least four years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex data and multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and client-facing
Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic practice environment
Confident using a range of accounting software including IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
