Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)

As an Attendance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and improving student attendance across the school. This position will involve daily communication with families, working closely with teaching staff, and making home visits where necessary to support re-engagement.

Monitor daily student attendance records and follow up on unexplained absences
Build positive relationships with families to encourage regular school attendance
Liaise with pastoral and safeguarding teams to identify patterns and concerns
