Associate Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic and innovative Construction & Property Consultancy in London (near Farringdon station) is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor, from an Infrastructure background, to enhance their growing team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving team of 95 consisting of 50 Quantity Surveyors and 45 Project Managers in the UKs only specialist Residential & Mixed Use Cost Consultant.

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will support the Residential Masterplan Commissions and will ideally have Infrastructure experience in Utilities, Roads and Rail that supports new masterplan developments.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with the flexibility to split your time between home and their central London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

You will ideally have:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS environment
MRICS ideally (or currently working towards)
Infrastructure experience
Masterplan development experience is beneficial but not a must
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skillsIn Return?
