A massive opportunity to support a portfolio of subscription-based clients across Microsoft 365 and Cisco services. You'll help ensure each client, receives consistent communication, reporting, and visible value.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as day-to-day contact for your assigned clients
Run quarterly check-ins and renewal reviews
Share usage tips (Microsoft 365, Cisco)
Create and send service reports (usage, uptime, cases)
Track contracts, licences, and expiries
Escalate issues and keep CRM/tools updated
Spot upsell/support opportunities
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in a client-facing or support role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Cisco
Comfortable using reporting tools like Excel or Power BI
