A leading consultancy is seeking an Associate-level Building Surveyor to join its London-based infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile public and private sector projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
The job will entail leading a variety of building surveying and project management duties, with a focus on client delivery, team support, and business development across key sectors such as education, healthcare, local authorities, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver full-suite building surveying and contract administration services.
Manage client relationships and ensure quality delivery across multiple projects.
Lead pre- and post-contract project management duties using JCT/NEC contracts.
Support junior surveyors and contribute to APC training and mentoring.
Undertake professional services including due diligence, defect analysis, and condition surveys.
Work with internal teams on frameworks, fee proposals, and pipeline development.What We're Looking For:
MRICS qualified with a degree in Building Surveying.
Strong consultancy background with project and professional services experience.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
