Based in the heart of the Lake District National Park , you’ll support a passionate team and help customers gear up for adventures big and small from local hikes to international expeditions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Support : Help manage stock, audits, banking, and general store operations
Team Leadership : Motivate, develop, and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts
Customer Excellence : Champion top-tier service and deliver outstanding in-store experiences
Sales Initiatives : Support and implement seasonal sales strategies to achieve targets
