Assistant Site Manager – Ashford, Kent - Residential New Build
Our client are a main contractor with sites in and around Kent, they are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to manage the build of 2 RC Frame blocks of 34 apartments in Ashford, Kent. Project is starting in July and will run for 80 weeks.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* Ordering of Labour
* Managing trades on site
* Ordering of Materials
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
* Previous RC Frame & Residential Build experience
