Assistant Site Manager – Internals (Residential New Build)
Location: Thamesmead, London
Start: Within 1 Month
Salary: £45K + Package
Contractor: Tier 1 Main Contractor
We’re working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a large-scale new build residential development in Thamesmead.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, long-term project with a contractor known for delivering complex schemes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing internal works from first fix through to snagging and final handover
*
Supporting the Site and Finishing Managers to ensure programme deadlines are met
*
Coordinating with subcontractors and trades to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
*
Assisting with site inspections and quality control processes
*
Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
Requirements:
*
Experience working on new build residential schemes
*
Strong knowledge of internals and snagging processes
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications desirable
