Assistant Site Manager – Warehouses (New Build & Refurbishment)
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £50,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Ridgeway & Co are currently working in partnership with a growing main contractor who are making a strong impact across the commercial office, public sector, and industrial construction sectors.
As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking Assistant Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis, with a particular focus on warehouse new build and refurbishment projects across the Home Counties.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations on site
*
Ensuring works are carried out safely, to spec, and on programme
*
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
*
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
*
Maintaining site documentation and health & safety records
*
Assisting with quality checks and reporting on progress
What we're looking for:
*
Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial or commercial construction sector
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A proactive, team-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail
*
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
*
Full UK driving licence
