We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager (Internals) to support the delivery of a large-scale high-rise residential new build in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to join a well-structured site team on a 3-month contract with immediate start.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing internal fit-out packages from 1st fix through to completion. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to step up or gain further experience on a major scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of internal trades (drylining, carpentry, M&E, finishes, etc.)
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with programme schedules
Assist with daily site operations, inductions, and health & safety enforcement
Liaise with subcontractors and ensure site standards are upheld
Report regularly to the senior site team Requirements:

Previous experience in an assistant site management role on residential or high-rise builds
Strong knowledge of internal fit-out stages
CSCS card required; SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
Proactive, reliable, and confident on-site
Immediately available for a site-based role in Cardiff Contract Details:
