Concern Worldwide NI seeks an Assistant Shop Manager to assist with the management of the Andersonstown Road Shop in Northern Ireland on a part time (with some flexibility) permanent basis.About the role:To be responsible for the effective operation of the shop in the absence of the shop manager, to include:-Coordinating day to day running of the shopMaintaining effective stock processing and merchandisingManaging and training shop volunteersCash & bankingEnsuring compliance with Trading Standards and Health and SafetyAbout you:As Assistant Shop Manager you will have the opportunity to be part of a small, but dedicated and successful retail team. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter who takes full ownership of your role. You will lead and support the Shop Volunteers in maximising the fundraising income for the shop.
