Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager required for a establishment in the cotswolds , live in available. This is a Gastro pub style service within the Restaurant. As a Assistant Manager you will ensure everything runs smoothly within this Restaurant and Bar part of a Hotel. Salary £32700 + service charge (35000 package), 40 hour contract.

The role
We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant and Bar manager who will support the Restaurant manager with the smooth running of this Restaurant. You will ensure the restaurant is ready for service, you will ensure the restaurant tables look great, train new staff, ensure the flow of customers is smooth, deal with customer questions, support the restaurant manager with duties when then restaurant manager is off, for example rotas. This role will include all the normal restaurant manager duties.

Experience
We are looking for a assistant bar & restaurant manager from a a busy operation background. This could be a upmarket foodie gastro pub, a busy fresh food restaurant or a hotel restaurant. you will be a assistant manager who is organised , great with customers and good food knowledge
