Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: North London, site visits 2-3 days per week
Over the 20+ years trading, my client have become established and recognised as the leading mid-tier structural alterations contractor working predominantly within Central London, with project values ranging from £200,000 - £10,000,000. The company adopt a pro-active approach to all projects which results in continual repeat business from leading tier 1 and tier 2 contractors, as well as consultants and high net worth individuals. As part of organic growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will assist in managing and controlling project costs, preparing variation documents and providing commercial support throughout the lifecycle of each project.
