Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced and dynamic Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for your next position?
We are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team within our South East Pave project of works. Within this role you will be responsible for the commercial management of individual construction projects, ranging in complexity and value.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Area Quantity Surveyor, duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will include:
Preparing?and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
Recording, monitoring, and reviewing the financial performance of contracts
Managing?financial accounts
Reporting project performance internally (senior managers) and externally (clients)
Securing?payments from clients within the specified contract terms
Subcontract procurement and management of subcontractor accounts
Pre-contract pricing and agreement of project costs
